Lynnette Appling is an accomplished Senior HR executive with extensive experience administrating organizational planning and development through strategic initiatives and programs. She has developed and executed human resource strategies to support organizations’ business plans and strategic directions. Her expertise includes psychological safety/DEI, ethical processes and procedures, people operations, change management, organizational development, and total compensation.

​As an HR career coach, Lynnette has guided people to develop their abilities while strengthening their competencies to overcome various obstacles that may hinder their performance.

​Her passion is to eliminate bias tendencies, which cause people to miss intricate qualities that bring immeasurable value to the workforce. Her mission is to train leaders and employees to see common goals while developing their capacity to connect.

Her second book, “The Heart of a Woman,” has been a trademark of self-discovery for many women. Her third book is entitled “Baby I Am Free: Breaking Free from Emotional Torment.” It has been used as a mindfulness tool that guides emotional stability.

She has a Master of Science in Human Resource Management with Distinction a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is credentialed as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through HRCI Institute while holding several micro-credentials. She possesses over 30 years of professional development experience, leadership training, administrative consulting, and employment law.
